The Townhomes
Each home offers between 1200 and 1900 square feet of living space that has been meticulously designed to offer you luxury, convenience, and safety. Featuring a 1- or 2-car garage, 2 – 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen with a cathedral ceiling, every floor plan endeavors to optimize your living space to its fullest potential. Offset garages comprise the core of each pair of homes, enabling the flanking living spaces to boast fully private porches and entries. A distinguished, four-season sunroom with a cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows crowns each home with a bright and beautiful view.
Though the townhomes offer
independent living, there is an available emergency nurse call system within
each unit that directly links to Amber Ridge Assisted Living. We care about
our residents and have taken steps to ensure safety for both our independent
and assisted living residents.
The Community Center
The Community Center will consist of a 9,000 square foot building that offers the best in entertainment and enjoyment to our residents. Five thousand square feet of this space will be dedicated solely to our community’s recreation, while the remaining 4,000 square feet will house the A+ Home Health Care offices.
Group events, fraternal organizations, and playing card clubs will be comfortable in the warm and delightful atmosphere, which has been designed specifically for our residents’ enjoyment. The Community Center will house a theater system for special movie nights. Residents of Arbor Village will love to take advantage of the new exercise facility to stay in great shape. High peaks, larger windows and a spacious multi-purpose room with a fireplace will provide the perfectly welcoming lounge space for large family get-togethers.

All of the homes at Arbor Village feature geothermal heating and cooling, the most comfortable and ecologically friendly system available. Water is circulated through a series of interconnected pipes buried beneath the ground, where the earth’s temperature is a consistent 50 degrees year round. Through a heat pump connected to the buried pipes, warm air is drawn from the ground and circulated through residences in the winter, while warm air is transferred back into the ground during summer. The result is evenly distributed heat and air that accommodate our residents in the comfort they truly deserve, preventing unpleasant hot or cold spots. Geothermal heating and cooling at Arbor Village alone saves our earth the equivalent of 170 tons of air pollutants per year. According to the USEPA, this is equivalent to planting over 70 acres of trees. Not only is this beneficial to the air we breathe, but it also saves our residents up to 60% on their utility bills.
Each building and home has also been equipped with energy saving and environmentally responsible insulation and energy star windows and doors in order to prevent as much outside/inside air exchange as possible. Our townhomes also feature complete energy star appliances including front load washers and dryers. Rooms are warm and cozy in winter, and cool and refreshing in summer, all without wasting precious resources.
